A personal journey into balance.
We all carry emotional blocks – sometimes consciously, often unconsciously. Life can be fast, stressful, and disconnected. In these private sessions, we create a safe space to slow down and reconnect.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, and energy-based practices, you’ll be guided gently back into harmony. Sessions are tailored to your needs and available online or in person.

🌴 Yoga Retreats at JOYA

A soulful escape in a mindful setting.
Join us for an intimate retreat experience (max. 10 people) in the coastal village of Tamraght. Each retreat offers a carefully curated blend of daily yoga, sound healing, nourishing meals, surfing (optional) and time in nature.
This is more than a getaway – it’s a journey back to yourself.
